Tramuntana

This is our house coffee, the game changer and the all star classic. A coffee that wins everyone's hearts, it is our seasonal Brazil coffee selected and roasted for espresso. This time we have Fazenda Nova Era but a more developed roast, great as a thick espresso and sweet as a filter coffee with a low acidity and rich dark chocolate notes. The same as all of our coffee 100% arabica always ethically sourced.

Fazenda Nova Era is located in Santo Antônio do Amparo – South of Minas Gerais where they produce several varieties including this lot which is the delicious Mundo Novo. The farm is a member of the Brazilian Specialty Coffee Association and also rainforest Alliance (RFA) Certified.

 The unquestionable flavour profile of this coffee of chocolate, praline and hazelnuts makes it such a fantastic all round coffee and especially espresso.

 Fazenda Nova Era is in the south of Minas Gerais, more precisely in the Mountainous region of Santo Antônio do Amparo. The tastiest and most aromatic coffee beans are produced in higher regions, a fact that makes the Nova Era farm Special, with an altitude that varies from 900 to 1200 meters. The altitude of the farm, microclimate of the region and processes of excellence and improvement in harvest and post-harvest results in a differentiated coffee many times was recognized in quality contests and especially in the cup. The Farm is a member of the Brazilian Speciality Coffee Association and also rainforest Alliance (RFA) Certified.
